Whether you’re new to yoga or pilates or a pregnant or new mama and prefer a more individualised approach, private yoga or pilates reformer sessions are the perfect place to start.
YOGA: One- on- One
Yoga sessions may include yoga poses, breathing, meditation and relaxation. Sessions are dynamic yet relaxing.
I teach a variety of styles including:
PILATES REFORMER: One- on- One
A full body workout on a pilates reformer using spring loaded resistance.
Much like Pilates Mat, Reformer focuses on strengthening your core but has the added bonus of also toning your arms, legs and butt.
It's the perfect combination of strengthening and stretching and will leave no area of your body untouched.

Can I bring my kids?
If you’re children are 5+ they’re more than welcome to play in my backyard or on my covered deck. They’ll be in full view so you’ll be able to keep an eye on them.
Can I get a refund or do a make up class if I miss a session?
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, I will happily reschedule your session to another time within 30 days. Sorry no refunds.
What do I need to bring?
You’re welcome to use all our beautiful props so just bring yourself and a bottle of water to stay well hydrated.
What do I wear?
Clothes that are stretchy, comfy and make you feel good. Layering is best in case you get hot or cold. For good hygiene, socks are essential for Reformer.
